Keswick, Cumbria.

Keswick market town is such a favourite of mine, it has a wonderful friendly feeling and is extremely popular with tourists. Whilst meandering through the packed street, hubby and I decided to pop in to ‘Laura in the Lakes’ for a coffee and scone – the coffee was delicious and a joy for me to find an establishment that supplies oat milk for my latte, many places we visit offer limited alternative milks. The scone was a treat and lovely with strawberry jam.
Needing to walk off our indulgence we strolled along, through the town to Hope Park, alongside Derwentwater. A beautiful park with crazy golf, pitch & putt, remote control boats and café. The paths were easy to negotiate. A lovely day.
