Grab life by the fork

Hubby and I have simple tastes when it comes to watching TV. We both love watching some of the many cooking programmes that abound, but in particular MasterChef:The professionals – whilst delving into the blue eyes of Marcus Wareing can be an added bonus (don’t tell hubby).

Marvelling in the ‘skills test’, with nervous contestants taking just 20 minutes to create and show their technical ability – whilst thinking I can do that (or hubby actually). One particular week involved a chick pea falafel recipe and admittedly hubby didn’t need much persuasion to attempt this challenge.

After three hours and a kitchen that resembled a bomb site – this is the result, pretty similar wouldn’t you say.

Tah dah ……

About Me

I decided to expand this blog, learning and sharing about life’s ups and downs, and the bits in-between. Come on this journey of everything ‘self’ with me, whilst trying to get to grips with having to ‘tick’ the over 60’s box!
